Refund policy

At The Saddle, every handbag is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with a return under the terms below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, dust bag, and box included.

  • The product must be in the same condition it arrived — unworn, undamaged, and with no signs of use.

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted if the above conditions are met.

  • Items are non-refundable if the original packaging has been removed or damaged.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

  • Items without original packaging, dust bag, or box.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.


Return Process

  1. Contact our team at contact@thesaddle.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide confirmation for the return.

  3. Once approved, please ship the item back using a tracked postage service to the following address:

  4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  5. When your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

  6. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
